The staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating, I checked in effortlessly. I stayed in a room with 3 beds there were three of us. one adult and 2 teens. The room was adequate and had the air con ditioning worked well. The single beds are enough. The room is appropriate for 2-3 nights. I would take a larger room for more than 3 nights. There are new washer and dryer on the 9th floor where the pool is situated. This is important when travelling with hand luggage. There is a message spa on the 9th floor also but I did not use. There is street food, restaurants and 7 11 within 30 meters. BTS is 200 meters and you can walk to Silom road easily. Many taxis available just outside the hotel as there i]are many street food stall on the opposite side of the hotel. My daughters ate there twice. There is a Japanese restaurant and a coffee shop on the premises. There was a microwave and a reasonably sized refrigerator. There were not dishes or cutlery, but I just asked the reception and there were provided immediately. I cannot comment on other rooms.

Really great location, 5mins walk to the local BTS or 10mins walk to the shops and restaurants of Sala Daeng and Patpong night market. The rooms are a good size, accommodating a family of four nicely. There is a swimming pool and gym on the roof of the building which is a nice extra. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here three or four times, it is our go-to place when stopping in Bangkok. We really like having the kitchen and dining area. Street food is available everywhere in Bangkok, so nice to be able to have breakfast/lunch/dinner or a late snack comfortably in the room

I love this hotel, the girls at the reception are very friendly, I have visited the hotel 3 times in the last few months and for location, cleanliness, and price it is the best option…. Greetings to my friend KOL at the reception, she is the best in customer service, as a negative point I think the guy who works at night should be friendlier, he is very unhelpful compared to his colleagues.

The apartment was excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location is fantastic as well, close to 2 BTS stations and plenty of 7/11 stores and street vendors around. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Every room has its own ac regulator.
